Pittsburgh Science Workshop offers 3 main types of programs:
FREE Open Workshop time for Youth ages 7-18 and (optionally) their families. Drop by afterschool to explore exciting new science, and bring your ideas to life with constructive projects!
For schools we offer inquiry-based, guided hands-on investigations, emphasizing problem-solving skills and experimentation. Aligned with state standards and on science and engineering topics of the teachers choice!
The Science Workshop collaborates with other youth-serving organizations to provide out-of-school STEM enrichment. We can tailor a one-time visit or ongoing partnership to reflect the interests of your group!
